A1: Correct—2-3 % Mo gives lifetime immunity to chlorides; polish yearly to keep the mirror shine.
Q2: What safe working load (SWL)?
A2: From 80 kgf (3 mm) to 200 kgf (6 mm); divide cable load by safety factor 4:1.
Q3: Can I use the M6×5 for 5 mm wire rope?
A3: Yes—5.6 mm bore fits 5 mm wire; 5 mm thread engagement with standard turnbuckles.
Q4: Will the wedge slip under vibration?
A4: No—double-cone design locks under load; tested 24 h vibration 50–500 Hz, zero slip.
Q5: Are spare 304 versions available?
A5: Yes—304 option on request, MOQ 500 pcs, 15 % price discount.
Q6: Do you offer test certificates?
